When will my order be shipped?

How do I update my shipping address?
To update your shipping address, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Can I reuse my press on nails?
Yes, our press-on nails are 100% reusable! If you use our nail glue, some build-up may occur over time. To keep your nails in perfect condition, use the cuticle stick and file included in our application kit to gently remove any glue build-up from the underside of each nail.
Do my nails come with glue?
Yes, every set of our nails includes a high-quality nail glue for easy and secure application. You’ll also receive an application kit with everything you need to achieve a flawless finish.
This includes:

- Nail tabs
- Buffer block
- Cuticle pusher
- Alcohol wipes
Can I order a custom set of nails?
Absolutely! We’re happy to bring your unique ideas to life. Just email us your design concept along with any reference images, and we’ll get back to you with a personalized quote.
How long will my nails last?
Our press on nails can last up to 3 weeks with proper application and care. Following our application guidelines and maintaining them well will ensure they stay securely in place and look their best.
Nail Charms

How do I apply nail charms?
Dangle Charms: Drill a hole in the nail, use tweezers to thread the charm through the link, and close it with jewelry pliers.
Charms with Acrylic: Place a bead of acrylic on the nail and embed the charm.
Charms with Gel: Apply a bead of acrygel and a gel topcoat, place the charm while the gel is wet, press gently, and cure.
How do I store my nail charms?
Store nail charms in a cool, dry place, preferably in their original packaging or a small container to prevent damage and dust accumulation.
Are nail charms reusable?
For dangle charms: gently pull the charm out of the hole. Clean the charm if needed and then store it back in its container.
For charms applied with acrylic or gel: use cuticle nippers to carefully pop off the charm. Clip and file away any remaining acrylic or gel from the charm. Clean the charm if necessary and store it back in its container for future use.
